Remortgage solicitors fees

Good evening, my mortgage broker can put me in touch with a solicitor, or I can find my own. How much will I be looking to spend, and can the fee be added onto the mortgage?

@warpa If it's a straightforward remortgage of a freehold property with a mainstream lender, you or your broker should be able to find a fixed price remortgage conveyancing quote anywhere from £200-250 upwards.
