Yes, that sounds quite similar, to my recent experience!
I rang yesterday morning, spoke to another adviser. He could see that my initial query was noted, but it's still going through their process. There wasn't much further info added, unfortunately- being very patient...0 -
Good luckI sent of my form in March 2022 to purchase additional years, I was told that it would take 8 weeks - end of May before completion and they will then write back to me.As I pay my taxes online, with my Government Gateway, not sure why they cannot add the results there and just send me an email to log in. It would make things so much faster and easier.I am in the process of calling them to see how far they have reached.1

I have been considering the extra years option ( I hear that they are not great fans of M Lewis at DWP).
