1. Open to all managers of Club Website teams aged 18 or over, except employees and their immediate families or agents of GSK or anyone professionally associated with the draw.
2. There are 4000 cases of Lucozade Sport with Caffeine Boost available.
3. The gift is non-transferable and non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered.

I guess you missed my previous post lol, you need to be already registered as a team on this website: http://www.clubwebsite.co.uk/ to apply. Now it says you can register with that site for free, so if you fancy the bother of setting up a make believe team, you can apply for the lucozade afterwards.
