Changing health boards and consultant?

Any idea if it is possible to change health boards and my current consultant (NHS)? I have been having problems with both the health board and the consultant for over a year. The health board that I am currently under is not in my local area, my local health board contracts health care out to other health boards.
Anyone changed health boards? If so what is involved?

I think your first point of contact has got to be asking your local health board about the process. If you speak to someone with a bit of nouse they may even take an interest in why current provision does not suit you and do something about it.No man is worth crawling on this earth.
