A ROYAL WEEKEND IN LONDON

To celebrate Her Majesty The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee, we are giving one lucky winner a taste of the best of British with a royal trip to London. Staying two nights at royal favourite The Gore hotel, where you’ll be surrounded by royal history and architecture.

You’ll visit Buckingham Palace for a tour of Her Majesty's State Rooms and Garden before visiting the Tower of London for a glimpse of Crown Jewels. Enjoy a cruise on the river Thames stopping off to enjoy a Platinum Jubilee champagne afternoon tea at the jubilee rooms at Fortnum & Mason. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of NDL Travel and excludes the Christmas holiday period, Valentine’s day/weekend, Easter weekend and all other bank holiday weekends in the UK.

2. Your prize includes off peak train travel that will need to be booked with us at least 6 weeks before you plan to travel. Off peak refers to travel booked outside of morning and evening commuter periods, this varies depending on the train operator but generally excludes departures between 0600-1000 and 1600- 1900.

3. You will be staying at the 4* Gore hotel, sharing a double room with en-suite bathroom on a room only basis. If you’d prefer a twin room, we will do what we can to secure this for you, but it cannot be guaranteed.

4. Your Buckingham Place State Rooms and Garden highlights tour is based on 2 people. Tour lasts approximately 3.5 hours. Your State Rooms tour will be a self guided tour lasting 2 hours followed by a 45 minute guided tour of the Palace gardens. Tour is available from July- October, if you decided to travel outside of these dates an alternative experience will be provided.

5. Your The Crown Jewels Tower of London Storytelling Tour with Thames River Cruise is based on 2 people and lasts approximately 3-hours. Tour includes Tower of London tickets with access to the Crown Jewels, guided power boat cruise down the River Thames and expert guide. Subject to availability at time of booking.

6. Your Platinum Jubilee Champagne Afternoon Tea at Fortnum & Mason is based on 2 people and lasts approximately 1.5 hours. Afternoon Tea includes a variety of sandwiches, hors d'oevre and pastries as well as a selection of teas and a glass of Fortnum’s Platinum Jubilee Blanc de Blancs Extra Dry NV Champagne. Platinum Jubilee Afternoon tea is available from 29th March to 31st August 2022 if winner decides to travel outside of these dates the classic Fortnum & Mason Afternoon Tea will be arranged.

7. Tickets to your choice of performance at The Royal Albert Hall is based on 2 people. Tickets are subject to availability at the time of booking. Theatre tickets of the winner’s choice do not include tickets for sold out events .

8. All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them.

As you board the train you will be welcomed by your steward who will take you to your private booth for the day. The British Pullman will then make her way through Greater London and bound towards the Weald of Kent with the highlight of this luxury train day trip being afternoon tea, accompanied by a bottle of fine champagne. We’ll also organise your travel to London and 2 nights in a 4-star hotel.
