Asda refund and customer services

i did an online shop with asda which didnt turn up phoned customer services and spoke to a lady with very strong eastern European accent who was very very difficult to understand i just got the part where she said go back onto site and confirm order again which i did and low and behold i was charged twice for my shopping leaving me £100 out of pocket which is very hard when you are on a tight budget,phoned again got another lady same accent saying send screenshot of my bank account showing transactions i did this still no money put back into my account a week later,dont think ill bother again,anyone know what morrisons online shop is like
