Registering my father’s house at the Land registry

Advice please.
I am a POA for my father’s affairs along with my sister. My parents bought their house in the 1960’s and it has never been registered with the land registry. My mother passed away 2 years ago and my father is now in a nursing home. We might find ourselves in a position to need to rent my dad’s house out to help fund his fees. I want to know if it is best to use a solicitor’s conveyancer to certify and submit the deeds to the Land registry or whether I can get the conveyancer to certified them and submit them myself.
My husband and I also need to do the same with our deeds.
thanks

Assuming there's no mortgage involved, you're on the wrong forum really - try the house-buying board.

(it doesn't need to be registered in order to rent it out, unless I'm missing something)
