    @thegentleway Commercial in what way? If it's a Ltd.Co.BTL mortgage you're talking about, pretty much any experienced BTL broker should be able to arrange. Same for anything related to one (or a couple) residential properties - refurb, heavy refurb, development, etc.

    If it's proper commercial or large scale development - buying a warehouse, converting an office building info flats, then it gets into different territory.

    Limited number of lenders and you really need a broker to help you with the Search.
    COOP and Paragon come to mind
