Is nectar connect worth connecting to my bank/credit card accounts

Hi all, hope you are all able to keep your head above water with all the bills going up so much lately.
With that in mind ive been doing research on how i could easily boost nectar or clubcard points etc as i tend to save them up and use them to do the christmas food shop with so that i spend very little at the already expensive time of year. I see that i can connect my bank/credit card to my nectar account so that when i spend at different places it gives me nectar points as a reward for connecting and whilst the initial points for connecting seem amazing (30 points for every £1 i spend) after that im dubious about what i get consiering nectar connect with have access to all my spending habits on that particular account.
Was wondering if anyone had an thoughts or experiences of connecting nectar connect.
Kind regards Mark

I been using nectar recently little more but in my personal opinion. It not worth connecting to bank account ( at same time I think you do share fair amount to nectar once linked)
Earn Cashback and or using just nectar for bigger spend online is still better .
Am still messing around with it more. As it has lot partner retailers
Sorry if this was vague0 -
Considering the amount of times people manage to steal points through hacking the system, would you really trust them with your bank details??????What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0

I have "connected" this week but there is no retailer on the current list I would buy from currently so not helpful in that sense.
I'll keep an eye on it and see what else comes up. I was sold by the likes of Just Eat being on there which are easy points0 -
