Has anyone successful got a mortgage from Santander and had the following on there credit file:
1 payday loan 2018
2 payday loan 2019
late payments x4 on non payday loan in 2019.
LTV is 55%

@dawn28 On their own, 3+ year old pdls and late payments should not derail a sub 60% LTV app.
