Personally I never have any leftover Christmas pud - but if you do ...
The old favourite is to fry it in a little butter and serve with cream. But my special one is Christmas Pudding Icecream. Crumble your left over Christmas pud - you may want to pour some leftover (ha!) booze, eg port, brandy, onto it and leave it to be absorbed. Take some good quality vanilla icecream and let it soften enough to be able to stir the crumb mix through it. Then put into a serving bowl and refreeze until needed. Yummy - and no-one I know has had food poisoning from refreezing either.:p
