Family loan gone wrong

Sorry to hear this! Went through similar with a previous business partner for £15k. After 6 months of back and forth with solicitors and the workload I had on at that time the stress of dealing with it was too much and I let it go figuring 'what goes around comes around'. This was 4 years ago and the first time I've thought about it since I chose to walk away. I'd weigh up the pros and cons and then stick to whichever weighs the best. Good luck!-2
