Opinions on dried beans vs canned

Another vote for dried from me! I used to soak overnight (or if I'd forgotten I used to pour over boiling water and leave for 4 hours) then pressure cook. I've got an instant pot now though so don't bother with the soaking anymore (other than kidney beans which I still boil for 10 minutes before pressure cooking) and they always turn out well 😁 

I've always bought mine in bulk but agree that as far as shops are concerned, the ethnic supermarkets are much better value.

Another vote for dried although I've only done butter beans as, up to now, other beans have still been good value canned. 

I do my butter beans in the slow cooker and don't need soaking either.

I must be doing something wrong, as my dried beans never come out tasting remotely nice. I really prefer canned beans.
