Fast conveyancing

Hello!

I have placed an offer for a property to purchase for cash via my Ltd Company, could anyone please recommend a conveyancing solicitor that will get us to completion quickly that has experience with this type of purchase? I will also be looking to remortgage a property using a BTL mortgage via my Ltd company so will need them for that purchase also.

    @mrs_E_C They don't exist! :)

    Jokes apart, wrt to ltd.co.BTL remos, these lenders can often have very small conveyancer panels, so do make sure that the conveyancer you pick is on the panel of the lender that you will use for the ltd.co.BTL remo.
