Holiday suggestions for family of 5 with a sn child

Hi, I'm am getting very stressed trying to find suitable holidays for my family. My eldest has high functioning autism and I'm not sure what holidays abroad would suit us. He is 3 and has no awareness so will wander off and would happily walk off with strangers he's also non verbal. I'd be open to river cruises, villas - anything really! I've heard good things about eurocamp but I do worry about keeping him safe! We are particularly interested in Italy and Greece but anywhere really! I would love some recommendations
