Help with possible overpayment 20/21

in Cutting tax
Hello,
My tax calculation for 2020/2021 still hasn’t been done by HMRC, I pay my tax via PAYE deductions with my employer. I have the app and kept checking when it would be finalised as I’m pretty sure I’m due a small refund after using the Martin Lewis tax calculator.
I rang in January to chase and was advised it had to be dealt with any another team and they had a time of 8 weeks to contact me with an outcome, this came and went so I called them again after 9 weeks in March. They apologised apparently the work order hadn’t been picked up by the other team, it would be resubmitted and marked as urgent please wait another 8 weeks 🙄. Guess what… yep that 8 weeks past and nothing, so I called again last week to be told they can’t see what’s happening but they will raise it again! I submitted an online complaint last Tuesday but so far have received no communication back other than an acknowledgement once I completed the complaint form.
Does anyone have any advice as to how to get them to just do the calculation? I don’t think I’m a particularly difficult case I only earn slightly over my tax free allowance, I do sacrifice part of mine to my husband under the married tax allowance, and I’ve never been self employed.
Thanks for any help!
Thanks for any help!

Why do you think you are due a small refund?
And how small is small?0 -
Approximately £160 this is based on using the earnings, tax paid and tax code listed on the HMRC app. Putting them into the tax calculator on this shows I should’ve paid around £160 in tax but I paid £328 for 20/21."Organic!! I grew up on Angel Delight..." - Dylan Moran0

You cannot assume that the tax code used during the year will be appropriate once the tax year ends.
If it's the emergency code, 1250L in 2020:21, it may well be but not otherwise.
Can you give another reason why you think you have overpaid?
Or even post your taxable income details and tax code for 2020:21 from your P60.0
