    It doesn't matter whether they accept or not. You tell them your budget and what their share will be, then start paying.

    As per fatbellys post above, You need to stiffen your backbone here somewhat, your in charge now, not them, you should give no thought whatsoever as to whether they will accept your offer or not, it doesn't matter in the slightest, if they don`t like it, they will just sell the debt to someone else, you continue with payments until told otherwise.

    There is no acceptance or otherwise of payments in a DMP, they get what your budget says they get and that is that.

    If creditors don`t like your offer, they either pass it to a collector to collect on their behalf, or sell it on to another party.

    Once accounts go to collections, the requirement for contractual repayment is dropped, this allows collectors to take virtually whatever is offered, or again, if not happy, they can still sell it on.
