I booked tickets on Monday night and I have had no email confirmation sent and got no booking reference! I have checked all folders and nothing come through!
Been on the website and sent an email to them but no reply!
Getting a bit worried and booked 2 adults and child ticket for Sunday 29th of May for the championship play off final and it is saying pending on my credit card but it has been deducted from balance! All trains are now sold out!
Any help would be much appreciated as can’t seem to find a telephone number and the chat facility doesn’t seem to work
