Hi All
Just wondering if anyone has any experience with TSB mortgages as a Ltd Company director.
How was the application process and what did they require?

Presumably you are the majority shareholder as well as a director? A contractor maybe or something else?
Just being a director in itself doesn't trigger anything... my current client is a LTD and none of the executive directors have any shareholding and so would be treated like an employee as all income is via PAYE0 -
I am the sole director yes with 100% shareholding.Sandtree said:Presumably you are the majority shareholder as well as a director? A contractor maybe or something else?
