I know a few people on the forum had an issue, as the product was priced higher than the voucher was worth.
Some people were saying the voucher was only worth up to £1.50 but we got a 2Litre bottle of 7UP Free for £1.75 and it scanned okay in Waitrose. (Claimed mine 21st of June, so it may have been rectified by then)

I don't know why any shop wouldn't want to accept it, as long as they sell the product, it is money to them at the end of the day, as it is a voucher for money off a specific product.

Always double check you have the actual product listed, if it has a barcode then check it matches the products one.
It is a voucher for a bottle of '2 litre 7up Free' The diet version of 7up. (Not saying some of you didn't, but it happens)

That is the bottle I picked up in Tesco the 7up Free and she wouldnt accept it

Can I ask whether you eventually received your voucher?

I won one and received it without issue but my partner did not receive this.

Also, was it 7up direct that you contacted from their contact page on the comp form ?

I won an Uber Eats £25 voucher but hadn't received an email after 7 days. I had already won a free 2ltr coupon win and that voucher was emailed to me straight after winning.  Fortunately I had taken a photo of the win on my phone. I emailed 7upmoments@promowinners.com and was sent a link to redeem my voucher the next day.
