Need advice on a comp win

Not sure if thats right heading here as im new to all this sort of thing, if not i do apologise. I won with Horse and Rider back in February this year I gave all details they requested and told me prize would be sent in next few weeks as the saddlecloth had to be specially made. I sent 3 emails asking whats going on since then as i haven't heard anything and i now think those emails are being ignored as i haven't had a reply to any other than latest was auto reply saying that person was away until the 17th of May. Not sure what to do next any help will be gratefully accepted in resolving this.

    Hi luckylee1222 - You could try sending an email to the editor of Horse and Rider or one of the other contact emails on the website forwarding them the previous emails you have sent/received. I've done this a few times when no reply or response is received from original contact. You could start the email by saying please can you confirm that x still works for the company as I've had no reply.

    so the person was away until yesterday, potentially you would not be the only thing they had to deal with on their return (although the total time taken so far seems too long)
  • I did think of that but and had a look on the site but wasn't sure which to send to as ones for editorials and other i thinks for advertising.

    The editor is called Rebecca so you could try name @ djmurphy or one of the other members of the team. You just need to try and reach out to someone else in the hope that the email is read. Sometimes an email from someone else within the company to the person you have been dealing with is prioritised and gets things resolved. Good luck. 
  • I just got email finally its being dealt with as there was a problem with the saddlecloth order or something, but thanks to all for help with this much appreciated.
