Working from Home 21/22 Refund?

in Cutting tax
I have been fully home working (except the odd in-person meeting) since April 2020.
I applied for the 20/21 and 22/23 relief and had my tax code changed to reflect this.
I have also applied for 21/22, but didn't do this until after the end of that tax year.
How will this be reflected? Will I receive any tax refund or a new tax code for 22/23?
Thanks,

WFH tax relief for 2021:22 won't be included in your 2022:23 tax code.
