  • thats positive if others are getting responses too, maybe it was a genuine delay their end in replying, proof will be if/when we receive the payment

paddy2006, only just noticed your reply, thanks for the contact details, will keep them handy just incase ;)
  • i replied back to them yesterday with all the answers to their questions and i have just chased them 24 hours later

i was going to wait until exactly 6 weeks had passed but i thought sod it ive kept to my side and done their surveys promptly, the balls in their court now

i'll email them every day until they reply back and will also ring them if i have to

has anyone else had the same kind of email as i received on the weekend?

latest response, anyone else chasing them?
  • I'm chasing them regarding a survey that I wasn't credited for. They have been the biggest pain in the a*** i've ever come across. Sushma Hegde must be the only person who works in the customer services dept and she's not very good at that. I've emailed her about 6 times in all and all I get is "I have passed your details on to blah blah and points will be credited in due time..." I've asked her for a phone number where I can speak to someone personally and get fobbed off! Their CS are a joke.

Edited to say: how patronising is "have a nice day!" at the end of every email?? Sorry...i'm just having a really bad day today.

strange that, ive never had a survey which hasn't beed added to my account instantly, my trouble is getting the cash off them!

unless they sort the payment out soon i wont be doing anymore of their surveys even if their rewards are better than most of the others
  • I've had about 3 surveys that weren't credited but they have been only very recently. I'm very close to redeeming my £20 from them too *wonders if that's got anything to do with it*
  • i give up, asked them last night how long they'll take to "look into it" and got this back

At last, my cheque has arrived too.

I redeemed my points on 22 October. The cheque I received was dated 05/12/2007 and the envelope was franked 19.12.07.
