Hi

First time posting but I have been reading the forums for quite a while. We have just be approved our mortgage by TSB and I wanted to give you a insight into our time frame if you are waiting.

07/05 - Viewed the property
09/05 - Offer made and accepted
11/05 - Full mortgage application with TSB
13/05 - Latest bank statement requested & sent
17/05 - Offer received before 12pm via email from our MB before.

So far it is all progressing very quickly which is great.  :)

    Hi 86Lucy

Did you not need to have a valuation on your property? Only reason I'm asking is because I'm currently trying to get my mortgage through TSB. Full application was submitted 23/06 and valuation is taking place today (13/07).

Sorry yes we did have a valuation. I had an email from my broker saying 16th May booked for valuation but I think it actually took place a little earlier on the 13th May. TSB was very quick for us from application to offer.
