Illicit source of funds

Good morning,

I am aware of a drug dealer who is currently in employment but sells drug and is involved in other criminal activity as a side business. 

The property next to me is up for sale and the drug dealer has placed an offer and had it accepted. 

I don’t want this individual to live next to me and I have been made aware via his family member that he will be paying for the property with a large deposit which he will declare as gifted funds from his family members who will help wash the funds through the system. 

I am not aware of who the lender is as the property will be purchased via a mortgage alongside the gifted deposits and personal savings. 

Can anyone help on who I can report this to or any other suggestions that will be helpful?
