Hi all,
i borrowed further money on my mortgage to fund a very small kitchen extension
Got approved for an extra 20K borrowing in March but I live in an old property, and Even with my contingency I have over spent majorly. Can you borrow twice with no limit?

@va2020 Some lenders have a minimum time period between two further-advance/additional-borrowing applications, will depend on your specific lender's policy. Your lender may also have a minimum amount for any additional borrowing.
