Has anyone’s lender used them recently?
My bank is instructing them next week for our valuation, and we’ll.. let’s say the 1 star reviews on trustpilot are quite unsettling?!

If it's a downval that you're worried about, Connells are no more/less likely to downvalue a property than other surveyors that lenders use.
