Bluestone - DIP

Hi All,
We are trying to move property, but due to adverse credit we have gone via a broker. She has been thorough and has advised that Bluestone are 'happy to approve the DIP' but they needed proof of a payment to a Credit Card which I sent over on Tuesday.
I have checked my Experian and Bluestone completed the soft search on the 5th May.
From experiences do you think we will get the DIP approved? I got my hopes up from the email saying they are happy to approve it, but now its taking longer I am having doubts.
Any advice welcome.
Thank you x

@afreshstart86 Generally speaking, I would say the chances of a decline are minimal. There's a lot of background work that goes in prior to that and as brokers, by the time we put in a DIP with lenders like Bluestone, you're almost certain that it will be okayed.
