Is anyone else in this position:
Since 1991 when the last council tax bands were set, because we had an extension, we have been on band D together with 3 other residences in our road. Even though other houses in the road since 1991 have had extensions and also subsequently been sold on they are still in band C. Have been in contact with the Valuation Office but the explanation they offer doesn’t add up!
