Puzzle 4 is postal entry only.

@Midnighter Thanks for posting these comps but are you sure about Puzzle 3?
Two other sites seem to think the answer is Party. So is it a P or an S?

I'd gone for 'sudsy' for one of the answers, giving the s, but Deany's 'soapy' giving the p, seems more likely. I've amended the answer.
