Maid2Clean is a franchise and employment broker structure very different from anything you are suggesting here, with legal status, registration, and resources (such as lawyers). They are more like McDonalds than they are like a one man band. That's the difference. Another one.0

Just to clarify, I'm here for any and all advice, I haven't made any decisions on the way forward and I am taking professional advice, I thought it would be harmless to hear more voices and importantly, experience.
Could you explain to me how Maid2Clean for example are different. How are they different to an agency, what is the difference between agency and broker? Is it impossible to replicate that model? You mention agencies are regulated by law, as if that's a barrier to creating an agency? Is it? I'm not trying to bypass law, quite the opposite. I'm trying to find the right model for me.
Anyone?
