Purchase return pallets of goods to resell

I was thinking about purchasing a return pallett to try and make some extra income by re - selling the products. I accept there is a risk but just wonder if anyone has any experience of doing this. Only looking to try and make a few hundred £'s per month.

I tried it once and it was a disaster. Literally everything on the pallet was broken and nothing was saleable. I was lucky that I managed to get the company to pick it up and refund me. I wouldn’t do it again2
