It's basic maths. If your calories in is more than your calories out then it doesn't matter if you live on fat loss shakes, you'll put weight on.
The hard part for most people is being disciplined and tracking.
Oh and thinking it needs to be at either end of the extreme scale, so...
A) you're saying i need to live on nothing but chicken and broccoli do you?
I should be allowed to have myself that cake, those biscuits, that drink, those doughnuts, that takeaway. Who counts calories on a weekend right, i'm entitled to relax.
