OPS brought a court claim against a motorist who fell foul of their site in Ceredigion. The motorist demanded the case be heard in Welsh and for all relevant material to be supplied in his preferred language.

Lovely!@ParkingMad will love this one, and we can tell everyone with a PCN from a Welsh site who can write in Welsh, to insist on the PPC extending the same courtesy every time, including responses to appeals done in Welsh, POPLA appeals in Welsh, etc.PRIVATE 'PCN'?
