In a Gleam you can usually access the Terms and Conditions at the bottom of the widget.
Before entering this one, it asks you to select your Country (United Kingdom) and it accepts it.
Most international wins, it is up to the winner to pay any import tax etc.

Having looked at the Instagram postings for a clue, the competition blurb says "Check out Aydan and Codemiko during the MSI Sponsored Twitch stream to get the secret code word worth 50 entries. ". So you need to watch Twitch which I don't use.

It states upcoming streams, and currently on their Twitch I can't see a video on either streamer's Twitch platform for an MSI sponsored video, or MSI gaming's own twitch page. Will try to keep an eye out for it, though.
