Any ideas what has happened to my Tax/NI?

If we assume your next payday is Wednesday or Thursday you will be in week 7 for tax. Again assuming your tax code is now S1294L cumulative you will get the tax allowance for weeks 6 and 7 along with a bit of tax you paid at 46% on the double payment converted to 41% your tax owing will be cleared. The combination of 2 weeks tax allowance and the 46% tax converted will more than cancel out the amount you owed HMRC.0

Yeah spoke to HMRC, got the code changed to the cumulative one. They said as it stands now im due them just over £100 which is fine and itll come out of my next payment but the main thing is my code is corrected so no more issues.
