I've been a member of Pinecone for probably about 20 years.
I had an email last week saying a survey was available but I had to wait for a letter coming in the post with a code on before completing it.
I was out all day Saturday and found the letter when I got back on Saturday night. I tried to do the survey on Sunday morning but it was closed. I then noticed the email said the survey had to be completed by Friday. I emailed them and explained the letter arrived on Saturday but they haven't replied.
I've now been removed from the panel because I didn't fill the survey in before Friday, even though I didn't get the letter until Saturday.
Has this happened to anyone else?
