Hello,
Are there currently any mortgages available with a ltv of 95, which will accept defaults shown on credit file? (Registered 2018, settled Jan 2021)

Has anyone recently been accepted for one with poor/adverse credit and could let me know their experiences?

@ftb08 There are specialist lenders who offer 95% LTV to applicants with defaults registered more than 3+ years ago and even within 3 years depending on the details. There's nothing special to comment about the process, much the same as any other mortgage as long as you meet all the criteria for the product/lender.
If it's just that one default, depending on the details you might not even need to pay beyond mainstream/mainstream-ish rates. What options are available to will depend on the details on the default, the other relevant background details and the contents of your credit report.I am a Mortgage Adviser - You should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
