I would do the Foundation module initially. If I passed and enjoyed it I could then look at doing the Practitioner one.

In answer to your question, I am looking at various short courses to see if there's anything that piques my interest or that I have a natural flair for. My previous threads have helped me identify my skills, values as well as reinforcing what kind of work I don't want to do.
