Should I get an offset mortgage or go for a long fix now?

Our current mortgage has £78,606 outstanding at 2.24% with a 1% repayment charge until 31/3/23.
We have £22,083 in our emergency expenses account which we could sit in an offset savings account.
You can pay 10% per year without a charge on most mortgages.
What's going to be better?
Sitting on the current mortgage until Jan-Mar and refix with Natwest without any legal fees?
Remortgage to a 5 year fix to lock in current rates expecting them to be much higher by Jan-March?
Remortgage to an offset mortgage to offset the £22,083 savings against the interest?
