Sunsynk Hybrid Inverters

Hi All,
Like many folks at the moment I'm looking to install solar with battery storage, I've done a fair bit of research so far and have come across Sunsynk inverters which have some great features, first of all they work with the Pylon tech batteries, they can interface with a tariff like Octupus agile so you can buy/sell depending on market prices etc. they also claim to have a unique bi directional inverter so that you can charge at the same rate as you can discharge, I don't think any others do this?
Just wondering if anyone here has experience with them, good or bad?
Thanks
Ed.

Hi Ed.
I just have seen your questions which I ask myself now one year later. If you don't mind I would like to ask you if you went with the sunsynk inverter and if you are happy with it and if the coordination with the agile tarif works well?

For what it’s worth I have an 8 kW running perfectly since May. I don’t integrate with octopus though. Otherwise any questions, happy to answer.0

Appreciate this is an old thread, but I am currently considering a SunSynk hybrid inverter with Pylontech batteries.
@EddyP82 - Did you get yours in the end? If so I'd love to hear your experiences.
@orbit500 - Similarly, how is yours doing? Do you have Pylontech batteries?
I have an existing 4kW system on a good Feed In Tariff and am hoping to add around 12kW more panels and up to 80kWh batteries (eventually, once I can afford it!). However, the DNO will limit my export to 5kW. My house will use a fair bit of the power but at peak production I want the old 4kW system to generate the max (for FIT payments) and have the other panels clipped if necessary. I read that SunSynk have an AUX port which can take the AC output from another inverter as input. This has the benefit that the SunSynk keeps the total export within the 5kW limit, but I believe it prioritises the AUX, which achieves my objective. Does anyone have experience of that configuration? Or at least experiences of SunSynk in general. I hard that their in-life support may not be the best....?
