you need to advise your FIT provider of additional panels Even if they have their own generation meter. As per T+Cs. And check it wont effect original FIT contract. Better safe than sorry21k savings no debt0

In some ways I wouldn't mind just binning off the old FIT system as they are old panels totaling 1.7kw, I do get a good rate though. If I took it off I could get around 4.5kw on that roof now with more modern panels. It's just a big job because would need the whole scaffolding setup to access that roof, but the garage is easily accessible with a ladder for the smaller system.otb666 said:you need to advise your FIT provider of additional panels Even if they have their own generation meter.
