Survey results effect on lender

Hi all,
Hoping someone can help set my kind at rest,

Background is I'm a FTB with mortgage offer all ready and we're about 6weeks from completion.

I had a building survey (L3) conducted which mentioned some mortar cracking and to have a drain survey, I booked the drain survey and mentioned this to my conveyancer as naively thought it was better to communicate any potential delays.
While talking I said that if the drain survey was inconclusive I would look at getting a structural engineer in and I mentioned that specifically as there was a large lead time on structural engineer surveys when I got quotes and I wanted to be really communicative in case of delay.

Fast forward and the drainage survey has highlighted about £3k worth of work which I'm pretty confident once complete will mean I don't have to get a SE involved.

My question is, have I shot myself in the foot by mentioning any of this to the conveyancer?
Will they have told the lender and could my mortgage offer now be at risk?

Thanks for any advice you can give!
