Final pay

I worked with a local authority for 39 years and have just retired one year before I receive state pension.
when I first started I worked one month lying time ,so an I due another months pay as they state rules have changed and this no longer applies.

    If the rules changed during your 39 years service I would suspect that when that happened your unpayed month would have been paid.
