Unable to reconcile HMRC refund

I received an approx £1,900 payment (just says 'Bank Credit HMRC' on online banking) from HMRC last week but unsure if it's related to the expected refund or something else. FWIW, my online SA account still shows the refund payment as 'pending'.
I guess my question is, is there anywhere else I can check online to try reconcile the two numbers? Is there any other obvious reason for HMRC to 'recalculate' the refund?
I struggle to speak to HMRC during normal weekdays as I can't stay on hold for very long due to being on the phone/hold with lenders and appointments with clients most of the day. I used to use webchat but I can never get it to pop-up anymore.

Was the £1,300 the tax overpaid purely from your 2021:22 Self Assessment calculation?
If so you may also have had a credit balance on your Self Assessment account and unless you said otherwise HMRC would normally refund the whole amount available.1 -
I don't know tbh, I just assumed that it was purely from the latest SA. Let me do a bit more digging around bearing in mind what you've mentioned.

@Dazed_and_C0nfused No luck unfortunately. As far as I can tell, £1,300 is the amount purely from my 2021-22 SA and there was/is no other credit balance on my account that would explain the additional ~£600.Oh well, at least the amount is more than I expected. Before calling HMRC, I'll just give it a week or two to see if any letter comes through explaining the payment.

There should be a breakdown of the repayment somewhere on your account and it will specify how the £1,900 is made up.
It could be something like this,
XX/04/2022 Repayment £1,900
Overpayment from 2021:22 return £1,300
Payment received 20/01/2020 £6001 -
I just got the £1,300 through today with the ref 'Bank Credit HMRC SA'.
The original £1,900 receipt a few weeks ago was marked 'Bank Credit HMRC' so presumably nothing to do with my SA. No complaints with the extra unexpected money from the taxman but no idea what it's related to!
I guess I'll have to bite the bullet and get on the phone to call them and find out what the first payment was for.I am a Mortgage Adviser - You should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
