Yeah I figured the 'assessing' was just a delaying and negotiating tactic. They have my offer. I'll just wait and see what they say. Thank you for the advice.

I also said to them that I don't need to go via Stepchange, I can negotiate directly to reduce my debt. I thought they were wrong on that. Again, let's see what they say. Thanks again.
