Shared ownership eligibility

Hi. I am wondering how self employed income is calculated when buying with shared ownership scheme.

We would like to buy outside London. I know that household income should be less than 80k annualy if outside London. I am wondering if we are eligible.

My other half has a full time contract annual salary of £22,829.

I am self employed with profits:
2021-22 : £64,018
2020-21 : £53,500
2019-20 : £51,342

So basicaly my average salary is:
If 2 years average: £58,759
If 3 years average: £56,286

£22,829 + £58,759 ( 2 year average ) = £81,588 - not eligble
£22,829 + £56,286 ( 3 year average ) = £79,115 - eligble

Is there anyone on forum who can confirm if we are eligble. Thank you so much.
