Coventry BS Valuation timeframes

Is anyone currently going through/recently been through an application with Coventry and would be willing to share timeframes?
Mine are below!

6th April - Viewed house, made an offer 

7th April - Offer accepted 

11th April - Mortgage Applied for via broker

12th April - Mortgage valuation booked in 

27th April - Mortgage valuation conducted 

At the best of times, what's been the experience with validation turnaround?  I'm holding off commissioning a survey and instructing the solicitors to start searches until valuation comes back, feel like im just twiddling my thumbs haha!

Just as an FYI, my mortgage broker called first thing and let me know the valuation went fine and Coventry are lending the full amount and agree with my offer price. Less than 48 hour turnaround, pretty pleased with that! Offer on its way via post.

Here are my timeframes from another thread....

15/03/22 - Full Application submitted via MB, March payslip requested (not available until 29th)
15/03/22 - Valuation instructed
18/03/22- Desktop valuation completed, which came back slightly lower than asking price.  They were still happy to proceed with the same product as it was still within the LTV bracket
30/03/22 - Payslip sent over
03/04/22 - Mortgage offered (Sunday?? which is odd)
07/04/22 - Paperwork received
