Conveyancing service

We have paid for the use of a conveyancing service and so far have not been impressed with their service.  We have spoken with another broker who has found better mortgage deals.  If we were to go with the new broker, can we still use the conveyancing service for our legal requirements or do we have to accept that if we don't use their broker service, we have lost the money we have paid up front?

If you haven't obtained a mortgage. Then hardly surprising that the conveyancing hasn't progressed very far.

@mrsd2006 Even if the conveyancing firm was recommended by the broker, the broker firm and conveyancing firm will be two unrelated entities so changing brokers should not mean that you can no longer use the conveyancer.
