CashEuroNet QuickQuid appeal query

I submitted a claim for unaffordable lending for 3 QuickQuid loans in 2020 through the joint administrators appeal portal.

One of these claims was accepted and two were rejected.

I stupidly accepted this without appealing. I was in a bad place mental health wise and after so long of fighting debt I just wanted it over and done with without going through the process of sending in more evidence.

Now in a better place, I have since looked at the two rejected loans in more detail and am confident I would have had grounds for them to also be ruled as unaffordable too.

I assume by accepting and not appealing, I have waived my rights to any further action against them? This is likely a stupid question, but I was just wanting to double check.

The loans have all been settled, I would just like them removed from my credit files rather than any compensation.
